摘要
本文考察了铜含量对CuZrO2和Cu-La2O3ZrO2催化剂性能影响。结果表明,当铜含量较低时,铜在催化剂中以高分散状态存在,并随铜含量增加,催化剂活性线性增加。当铜含量超过某一值,部分铜组分以体相铜形式存在,催化剂活性随铜含量变化不明显。因此,高分散铜为影响CuZrO2催化剂活性主要因素。
The Cu/ZrO 2 and Cu-La 2O 3/ZrO 2 catalysts with different copper content were investigated in the present work The copper in the catalysts with lower copper loading was in a highly-dispersed state and the activity of catalysts was then linearly enhanced with the rise of copper content Parts of copper formed into bulk CuO as its content was up to a certain value, but the activity of catalysts showed hardly change with the rise of copper content Hence, highly-dispersed copper was considered to be responsible for the activity of Cu/ZrO 2 catalysts
