摘要 美国康奈尔净碳水化合物-蛋白质体系(CNCPS)充分反映了当前动物营养学发展的新趋势,随着CNCPS体系在国内的推广,大量的试验数据丰富了我国反刍动物可利用碳水化合物蛋白质体系饲料数据库。针对国内非蛋白氮和可溶性蛋白的测定方法不够统一的现状,本文综述了上述指标的测定方法。 The Cornell Net Carbohydrate Protein System(CNCPS) fully reflected the new trend of development of animal nutridogy. With the popularization of CNCPS in china, lots of experimental data have enriched reliable Carbobydrate Protein System Date of ruminant in China.In view of the situation of unified detection between nonprotein nitrogen and buffer-soluble protein, this paper provided a review of datection of the above indexes.
