可吸收螺钉在Lisfranc损伤治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 跖跗关节骨折脱位又称为Lisfranc损伤,是不多见的关节损伤,约占全身骨折的0.2%,容易漏诊、误诊而延误治疗时机.正确诊断、及时解剖复位和稳定的固定是获得良好疗效的基础.2000年1月至2008年1月,我科采用小切口开放复位、可吸收螺钉结合经皮克氏针固定治疗Lisfranc损伤19例,疗效满意,报道如下.
