摘要
目的：探讨混合痔高频电容场治疗仪、外剥内扎术、PPH手术治疗方法的选择。方法：85例混合痔患者,采用高频电容场治疗仪治疗15例,外剥内扎术54例、PPH手术16例,观察其恢复情况及并发症。结果：85例混合痔全部治愈。术后无大出血、肛门狭窄及肛门失禁等并发症,随访5个月~1年,无复发。结论：高频电容场治疗仪、外剥内扎术、PPH手术都是混合痔有效的治疗方法。合理选择病例,制定科学的手术方案,是获得满意疗效的关键。
Objective：To discuss the selection of operation modes for treating mixed hemorrhoids by high-frequency capacitor field treatment instrument,external dissection and internal ligation（Milligan hemorrhoidectomy） and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）.Methods：85 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were performed high-frequency capacitors field therapy in 15 cases,Milligan hemorrhoidectomy in 54 cases and PPH in 16 cases.The recovery and complications were observed.Results：85 cases of mixed hemorrhoids all were cured.No postoperative hemorrhage,anal stenosis,anal incontinence and other complications occurred.Follow-up of 5 months to one year showed no recurrence.Conclusion：High-frequency capacitors field treatment instrument,Milligan hemorrhoidectomy and PPH all are effective treatment methods for mixed hemorrhoid.Proper selection of cases and scientific operation scheme are the keys to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects.
