Fair灌注成像在一侧大脑中动脉狭窄或闭塞中的应用

摘要 目的探讨Fair灌注成像对大脑中动脉狭窄或闭塞中灌注信息的诊断价值,为指导临床提供依据。方法 20例临床TIA患者或怀疑大脑血管的狭窄或闭塞患者,行常规MRI,DWI,MRA,Fair和DSC检查,确定病变范围,定量评价Fair与DSC的rCBF差异。结果 FairCBF图显示患侧与健侧灌注程度改变对比t=4.46,P<0.05,有差异;Fair的rCBF为0.84±0.52,DSC的rCBF为0.79±0.31,二者对比:t=0.705,P>0.05,无统计血差异。结论 Fair为无创性脑灌注成像,操作简单,能定量评估的大脑中动脉狭窄或闭塞引起的缺血性脑血管病的灌注信息。 Objective To disscuss diagnostic value of Fair in cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion reperfusion.Methods 20 patients of middle cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion were studied with rountine MRI,DWI,MRA,Fair and DSC examination,Showing the size of lesions were compared,The perfusion difference between Fair and DSC through the rCBF was compared.Results Fair showed the perfusion of abnomality of unilateral and contralateral changes in perfusion,t=4.46,P0.05,with statistical significance.rCBF of Fair was 0.84±0.52,rCBF of DSC was 0.79±0.31,Comparison of DSC and Fair perfusionmethod showed no difference(t=0.705,P0.05).Conclusion Fair,need no contrast injection of invasive operation,is convenient and useful method in assessing cerebral perfusion information of middle cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion.
