摘要
分析了图书馆员的现状，提出２１ 世纪图书馆员应具备的基本素质和对图书馆员的要求，以及加强图书馆员素质教育的建议。
The present situation of librarian is analysised.The basic qulities that the librarian should have and the requiremants for the librarian in 21th century are discussed.The advises to strengthen the quality education for the librarian are given.
