摘要
设计了一种基于自主研发的576×96 TDI CCD芯片的相机。该CCD芯片共有96级TDI功能,因此相机级数12、24、48、96级可选,相机能在不同照度下清晰成像。经测试,该相机动态范围达(1 V饱和输出)2767∶1、读出噪声小于2.22。
A kind of camera based on domestic 576×96 TDI CCD was designed.TDI function of this CCD camera can be up to 96 stages,so the camera has four selectable stages of 12,24,48 and 96.This camera can image objects under various illuminances.Test results indicate that this camera obtains large dynamic range up to 2 767∶1 with 1 V saturated readout amplitude,and its readout noise is less than 2.22.
