肾癌胰腺转移瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 大部分胰腺恶性肿瘤是原发的,胰腺转移瘤非常少见,占胰腺恶性肿瘤的不足5%。我们遇到1例肾癌胰腺转移瘤,现回顾性分析其CT表现以提高对该病的认识。
