摘要
针对电磁脉冲易损性试验的两种情况,分别采取了不同的评估方法进行分析。对于成败型单元,分布参数的Bayes点估计为其验后分布的数学期望,并通过实例说明了其合理性;对于Weibull型单元,采用相关系数法或微分建模法进行参数估计,并用K-S检验了其合理性。
EMP vulnerability tests for two cases were assessed using different methods of analysis.For the success/failure based unit,the Bayes point estimate of distribution parameters was mathematical expectation of the posterior distribution,and its rationality was shown by an example.For the Weibull-type unit,the parameters were estimated by the correlation coefficient method or the differential modeling method,and its rationality was shown by the K-S test method.
