摘要
①目的 探讨肺减容手术在临床上的应用。②方法 为１ 例患哮喘、慢性支气管炎、肺气肿、肺大疱的病人行单侧肺减容手术。③结果 手术取得了满意的效果，病人呼吸困难症状得到明显改善，可从事一般活动。④结论 肺减容手术至少对部分晚期肺气肿病人是有效的。
Objective\ To evaluate the feasibility of lung volume reduction surgery.\ Methods\ We performed a lung volume reduction in 1 patient with asthma, emphysema, bullae.\ Results\ The operation obtained satisfying effect. The symptoms of breathing difficult was greatly improved. The patient could take up some ordinary activities.\ Conclusion\ Lung volume reduction surgery is safe and valuable at least in some patients with severe pulmonary emphysema.\;
