摘要
为了解贵州省人群登革病毒感染率，收集我省各地区健康成人血清１ １４３ 份，用酶联免疫吸附试验间接法检测了血清中抗登革病毒ＩｇＧ 类抗体。结果显示：遵义、安顺、都匀、水城和贵阳人群感染率分别为１８－９３ ％ 、２８－８５％ 、１３－９３ ％ 、２０－８９ ％ 和１５－１９ ％ ，我省人群平均感染率为１９－１６ ％ ，表明贵州省人群中存在散发登革病毒感染。
In order to investigate the infection rate with dengue virus,1 143 serum samples from healthy volunteers lived in different areas of Guizhou were collected.The specific dengue virus IgG antibodies were detected by indirect ELISA.The results showed that the infection rate in Zunyi、Anshun、Duyun、Shuicheng and Guiyang was 18.93%、28.85%、13.93%、20.89% and 15.19% respectively,and the average rate of Guizhou province was 19.16%.The study proved that there was scattered infection with dengue virus in Guizhou population.
