偏头痛患者血浆和脑脊液β-内啡肽含量的变化 被引量:12

STUDY ON CHANGES OF THE CONTENT OF β-ENDORPHIN IN BLOOD PLASMA AND CEREBROSPINAL FLUID OF MIGRAINEURS

摘要 为探讨偏头痛与β内啡肽(βEP) 的关系,本文用放射免疫分析法(RIA) 测定30 例偏头痛患者血浆和脑脊液βEP 的含量变化,发现典型偏头痛和普通型偏头痛以及偏头痛各期βEP含量均明显降低,提示βEP 减少是偏头痛的发病机理之一。认为两型偏头痛发病机理相同,间隙期存在鸦片肽功能紊乱,当βEP Aim: To observe the changes in blood plasma and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) content of β endorphin (β EP) in patients suffering various types and in various periods of migraine, in order to clarify the relation between β EP and migraine.Methods: 30 case of migraine patients were divided 2 types (13 cases of classical migraine and 57 cases of common migraine) and 2 periods (attack and intermittent period). Two ml venuse blood and 1ml lumbar CSF were obtained in the morning in quiet state. Plasma obtained from 24 normal persons of same age served as control. The centrifuged plasma and CSF were stored at -40℃ until radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results: The level of β EP reduced in both types and during both periods of migraine Taking normal control level as 100%, the plasma β EP was only 9% in classical migraine and 18% in common migraine. The level was especially low during attack (8%), as compared to the intermittent period (29%). This study suggests that endogenous opioid peptide plays important role in the pathogenesis of migraine, the decrease of β EP might be one of the causes of migraine.
