摘要
目的:益气消癍汤对特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)小鼠模型IL-2、IL-6、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的影响,为探讨中药疗效的作用机制及临床用药提供依据。方法:采用免疫法腹腔注射APS(豚鼠抗小鼠血小板血清)建立ITP小鼠模型,将50只BALB/C小鼠随机分为5组,分为正常组、模型组、泼尼松组、维血宁组、益气消癍汤组,观察小鼠一般情况、脾脏、外周血小板、骨髓巨核细胞及血清IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β1的水平。结果:治疗后,各组均能提高ITP小鼠模型体重,而泼尼松组、益气消癍汤组体重上升优于维血宁组,有显著性差异。各组均能缩小ITP小鼠模型脾脏,有显著性差异;益气消癍汤组、泼尼松组缩小脾脏明显,优于维血宁组。各药组均能提高血小板计数,有显著性差异;益气消癍汤组、泼尼松组提高血小板效果更好,有显著性差异。各组均能降低ITP小鼠模型骨髓巨核细胞,有显著性差异;益气消癍汤组、强的松组下降明显,有显著性差异。用药后,各组ITP小鼠模型IL-2、IL-6、TGF-β1水平均降低,泼尼松组、维血宁组、益气消癍汤效果相当。结论:益气消癍汤对ITP模型小鼠有明显治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the Yiqixiaobantang impact on the efficacy of ITP mouse model IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β1 effects,to explore traditional Chinese medicine therapeutic mechanism of action and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods: The 50 BALB / C mice were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely,the normal group,model group,prednisone group,Weixuening group,Yiqixiaobantang group,and detection of five levels of serum IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β1 levels.Results: After treatment,each group can improve the ITP mouse model of body weight,while the prednisone group,the Chinese Medicines weight gain is better than Weixuening group,there are significant differences.After treatment,all groups are able to reduce the ITP mouse model of spleen,there are significant differences;traditional Chinese medicine group,prednisone group significantly reduced spleen better than Weixuening group.After treatment,the treatment group can raise platelet count,there are significant differences;traditional Chinese medicine group,prednisone group increased platelet better,there are significant differences.After treatment,the treatment group are able to reduce the ITP mouse model of bone marrow megakaryocytes,there are significant differences;traditional Chinese medicine group,prednisone group decreased significantly,there are significant differences.After treatment,medication group ITP mouse model of IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β1 average drop of water,prednisone group Weixuening group,Yiqixiaobantang group quite effective.Conclusion: Yiqixiaobantang can effectively reduce the ITP mouse model of the IL-2,IL-6,TGF-β1 levels,their specific mechanism remains to be further explored.The treatment group and control group patients could be reduced by the number of cells of bone marrow megakaryocytes,compared with those before treatment were significant differences(P 0.01),after treatment of bone marrow megakaryocytes,compared the two groups were significantly different(P 0.05).
