摘要
海上探井作业过程中,对于很多相机抉择事项,若没有时效性、正确性的决策,会增加作业成本,会影响钻探成果。就决策效率与作业成本的关系,提出通过快速决策系统降低探井作业成本的理念和相应建议,使海上探井作业管理快速决策系统更趋完善。
During operation process in offshore exploration well and for many discretionary items,it not only increases operating costs if without timely, correct decisions,but also affects the drilling and exploration results.Based on the relationship between efficiency and operating costs,the concept of reducing the cost of exploratory work by quick decision-making system is proposed,and some recommendations are suggested,which makes it is more perfect of the quick decision-making management system for offshore exploration well.
