摘要
目的:观察穴位埋线结合耳压疗法治疗肥胖症便秘患者的临床疗效。方法:将医用羊肠线植入天枢、上巨虚、丰隆等穴位,同时配合耳穴贴压治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:两个疗程后,39例肥胖症便秘患者中,治愈28例(占71.8%)。3个月后随访,显效及以上35例(占89.7%)。总有效率100%。结论:穴位埋线可调节人体植物神经系统,纠正胃肠道的紊乱状态,促进胃肠蠕动,从而有效地治疗便秘。该疗法操作简便易行,创伤小,疗效可靠,适合快节奏的现代生活人群,有较高的临床推广应用价值。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of catgut implantation at acupoint combined with auricular plaster on obesity patients with constipation.Methods：Implant the acupoints（Tianshu,Shangjuxu,Fenglong and etc.） with catgut and observe the clinical effects.Results： In 39 cases of patients with obesity constipation,28 cases were cured after two courses of treatment（account for 71.8%）.After 3 months follow-up,35 patients were significantly effective（account for 89.7%）.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：Catgut implantation at acupoint can adjust the vegetative nervous system,correct the gastrointestinal tract disorder,and promote gastric peristalsis to treat constipation effectively.It is appropriate for fast rhythm of modern life because of its easy operation,little trauma and reliable effectiveness.Therefore,it has a high clinical application and promoting value.
