摘要
松科(Pinaceae)松属(pinus L.)在我国有22种10变种,另引入栽培16种2变种,为木材和树脂生产的主要树种。当前,对松属植物松针的开发利用也已日益受到重视,但关于松针化学成分的研究极少。为此,作者研究了松针中的主要化学成分,以便为松针的开发利用提供必要的依据。
The present paper deals with the chemical components of pine needles and the effect of age of leaf, climate factors and soil condition on the chemical components of pine needles. The results are summarized as follows, 1. The contents of measured each component are very rich in tested pine needles expect vitamin B_1, B_2, B_6. 2. Most of the essential amino acid in pine needles are tryptophan, methionine, lysine and phenylalanine. 3. There are similarity in the constituents of fatty acids between pine needles and pine nuts.4. The contents of protein, fat, vitamin C and soluble sugar in adult pine needles are higher than young pine needles. However, the contents of free amino acids, volatile component and total phosphorous in young pine needles are higher than adult pine needles. 5. The chemical component of pine needles were influenced by the difference of soil and climate conditions.
