摘要
用扫描电镜详细观察了大花蕙兰(Cymbidium grandifiorium)茎尖培养中原球茎的形成及发育过程,结果表明大部分原球茎是由外植体内形成的体细胞胚发育而来的,进而长出子叶、真叶、假根,形成完整植株。而在外植体表面的分生组织区也可形成原球茎,并长出于叶和真叶。
The formation and development of protocorm in shoot-tip culture of Cymbidium grandifiorium have been examined by scanning electron microscopy. Most of protocorms originated from somatic embryos formed in explant and developed into cotyledon, leavies and rhizoids, then formed complete plant. Also meristem in explant surface formed protocorm and developed into cotyledon and leavies.
