摘要 为掌握多模块构架式空间可展开天线背架的固有振动特性,根据背架的结构特点,基于齐次坐标变换方法,建立了多模块背架的几何模型;运用有限元软件ANSYS建立了天线背架的有限元分析模型,利用子空间法对其进行了模态分析,得到了结构的前10阶固有频率和振型,分析了固有频率的变化规律及振型的特点;研究了结构参数对背架固有频率的影响规律,给出了提高一阶模态的方法.分析结果表明,适当增加上弦杆、下弦杆和斜腹杆的直径,减小拉索的直径可以提高背架的固有频率.该分析方法为天线背架的动力学研究及结构的优化设计提供了理论参考. To study the natural vibration characteristics of truss structure for space deployable truss antenna with multi-module, with the consideration of truss structure features, the geometry model of truss structure is established based on the homogeneous coordinate transformation method. On this basis, a finite element model of truss structure is formed by applying ANSYS software. The modal analysis of truss structure was carried out, and the first ten orders of natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes of structure were obtained, then the changes of natural frequencies and the features of vibration modes were analyzed. The influence of structure parameters such as upper beam, lower beam, diagonal beam and center beam on natural frequency of structure is studied, and the method to improve the first model frequency is proposed. The analysis method presented in this article can be taken as the theory reference for the research on the dynamics and optimization design of truss structure
