摘要
本文分析了中文全文期刊数据库存在的完整性有所欠缺、同质化十分明显、时效性不够理想、检索性亟需加强、实用性有待提高等问题,提出了建立调控机制、加快立法步伐、设法消除时差、提高检索效率、改进相关反唇相技术等改进措施。
This paper analyzes the problems of Chinese journal full-text databases,such as the lack of integrity,insufficient timeliness,class abstracts need to be enhanced and so on.And it also puts forward some improvement measures from aspects of establishing the regulatory mechanisms,accelerating the pace of legislation,trying to eliminate the time lag,improving search efficiency,and improving coexistence.
