摘要
利用原子力探针显微镜(AFM)、X光电子能谱仪(XPS)等研究线性聚醚嵌段氨基硅(BPEAS)在单晶硅表面所成的膜形貌,并对其在织物上的应用性能进行对比研究。结果表明,在单晶硅表面,BPEAS形成微观形态学非均一结构的硅膜,其膜形貌主要由聚二甲基硅氧烷形成的连续相与聚醚氨基基团形成的微小凸起构成。应用性能研究结果表明,经BPEAS整理织物的柔软性有了明显提高,与N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)和聚醚环氧硅油(CGF)相比,经BPEAS整理的棉织物综合应用性能最佳。
The morphology and chemical structure of linear polyether block aminopolysiloxane(BPEAS) assembled on the silicon were investigated by atomic force microscope(AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and its performance on the fabric were studied comparatively.The results indicated that BPEAS has formed a film with a heterogeneous microstructure,and its morphology mainly consists of continuous phase formed by polydimethyl siloxane and tiny bulges formed by polyether amino groups.Application experiments showed that softness of the fabric treated by BPEAS improved obviously,and BPEAS renders cotton fabrics the best performance when compared with N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane(ASO-1) and polyether silicone oil,such as epoxy/polyether modified silicone oil(CGF).
