摘要
目的建立了水中2,4-滴、灭草松和莠去津的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)同时测定法。方法选用Waters SunfireTM C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲溶液+乙腈作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流量为0.5 ml/min,柱温35℃,检测波长230 nm。水样经Oasis誖HLB 3cc SPE柱进行固相萃取后进行高效液相色谱分析。结果在0.05~2.00 mg/L线性范围内,所得2,4-滴、灭草松和莠去津的回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,相关系数>0.999 5。该方法所得2,4-滴、灭草松和莠去津的检出限分别为0.1、0.2、0.2μg/L,平均回收率分别为98.30%~99.40%,98.60%~101.40%和101.10%~102.00%,RSD<1.5%。结论该方法操作简便、快速,精密度和准确度均较好,分离效果理想,灵敏度高,适用于地表水和饮用水中2,4-滴、灭草松和莠去津的同时测定。
Objective To establish a solid extraction and high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of 2,4-D,bentazone and atrazine in water.Methods The HPLC separation was conducted by using a Wates SunfireTM C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Mobile phase were phosphate buffer solution and acyanide,flow rate was 0.5 ml/min,column temperature was 35 ℃,the UV detector was used with wavelength of 230 nm.The samples were extracted by Oasis HLB 3cc SPE,and then determined by HPLC.Results There were good linear relationships of 2,4-D,bentazone and atrazine over the range of 0.05 to 2.00 mg/L,r0.999 5,the limits of detection for 2,4-D,bentazone and atrazine were 0.1,0.2 and 0.2 μg/L.The average recovery rates were 98.30% to 99.40% for 2,4-D,98.60% to 101.40% for bentazone,and 101.10% to 102.00% for atrazine,with the relative standard deviations of below 1.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and is applicable to simultaneous determination of 2,4-D,bentazone and atrazine both in surface water and drinking water with high sensitivity and high selectivity.
