摘要
目的对水污染事件所致某小区居民的健康风险进行定量评价。方法于2006年7月—2008年3月,检测某水污染小区卫生间水样。以非污染区13名居民卫生间水接触的时间-活动模式模拟污染区居民的用水暴露情况。采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价法对该小区卫生间水样中苯、苯乙烯、甲苯、二甲苯持续皮肤接触所产生的健康风险进行评价。结果水污染事件所致居民用水的最大终生非致癌危险度为6.58×10-8~22.15×10-8,终生致癌危险度为4.70×10-6~15.84×10-6。结论该小区水污染不会对居民健康造成危害。
Objective To evaluate quantitatively the health risk of the population exposed to water pollution event in a community of a city.Methods The water samples of washroom in a polluted community were measured from July 2006 to March 2008.To simulate the residents' water pollution exposure level in contaminated area,Time-Activity Pattern of water contact were used by inquiring 13 residents in control area.The health risks of residents exposed to benzene,styrene,toluene and xylene via skin absorption were assessed by using health risk assessment models recommended by US Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA).Results The results of the present study showed that the lifelong non-carcinogenic extra risk of the exposed population could be 6.58×10-8-22.15×10-8 and the lifelong carcinogenic extra risk could be 4.70×10-6-15.84×10-6.Conclusion The health risks caused by this pollution are acceptable doesn't not cause harm to the health of the exposed people.
