摘要
选择14~18周人工流产胎儿大脑神经细胞进行原代培养,观察活细胞的变化,并用神经特异烯醇化酶免疫组化染色和图象分析方法对脑神经细胞生长发育进行观察。结果:(1)神经细胞在10~14天时最为丰满。在实验的1~28天锌实验组神经细胞存活数显著高于对照组( P< 001)。(2)在实验的5、7、10、14、21天锌实验组神经细胞的突起数目和长度、胞体面积、周长和长短径均显著大于对照组。说明锌具有促进神经细胞生长发育作用。
With the primary cultured cerebral cortex neurons of human fetus,studies were made to investigate the effect of zinc on the growth of neurons by using immunohistochemical stain and image analysis.The main results were as follows:(1) The growth of neurons of zinc group was the most prosperous at the 10~14day of primary culture.The number of survival neurons was increased at the 1~28 day of culture ( P <0 01).(2)In the presence of zinc,the number and the length of neurites as well as the soma areas were all increased remarkably( P <0 01).It was concluded that zinc could promote the growth of neurons.
