摘要
目的:评价齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂症的疗效和副反应。方法:将90例住院女性精神分裂症患者随机分成两组,分别给予齐拉西酮和利培酮治疗8周。采用阳性症状量表和阴性症状量表(PANSS)以评定齐拉西酮对女性精神分裂症的疗效,采用不良反应量表(TESS)评定该药物的副反应。结果:齐拉西酮和利培酮在治疗女性精神分裂症8周中均有较好疗效。而齐拉西酮的不良反应较少较轻。结论:齐拉西酮治疗女性精神分裂症疗效与利培酮相当,且副反应较少。
Purpose：To estimate the Qilaxi ketone＇s curative effect and by-reaction on female schizophrenia.Method：90 examples females schizophrenic are randomly divided into two sets,respectively cured by the Qilaxi ketone and LiPei ketone for 8 weeks.The positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS） is adopted to appraise the curative effect,and the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） is adopted to appraise by-reaction.Result：The Qilaxi ketone and LiPei ketone have fairly good curative effect on female schizophrenia for 8 week＇ cure.But,Qilaxi ketone treatment emergent is less and lighter.Conclusion：The curative effect on Qilaxi ketone curing the female schizophrenia is equivalent to LiPei ketone,but by-reaction is less.
