不同疾病脑微出血磁敏感加权成像的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 脑组织微出血可见于创伤性脑损伤、脑出血、缺血性脑卒中、高血压、淀粉样脑血管病、阿尔茨海默病中,同时微出血对临床脑梗死病人抗凝、溶栓、抗血小板治疗具有一定的影响,磁敏感加权成像可以提高脑微出血的检出率,有助于脑微出血的诊断和鉴别诊断。综述磁敏感加权成像对脑组织不同疾病伴发微出血的检出及脑梗死病人临床治疗的指导。
