摘要
CuNiSi合金中部分元素易造渣、铸造内应力大,在实际生产中铸锭质量难以控制。本文分析了CuNiSi合金中常见的铸锭裂纹、气孔、缩孔、疏松、强化相偏析等缺陷,并对其产生原因进行了探讨,提出了改善措施,对指导CuNiSi合金的生产具有借鉴意义。
Some of the elements in CuNiSi alloy are easy to slagging,and the casting-stress is very large,so it is difficult to contral the quality of the ingot.This present paper analyzes the formation of common defects in the ingot and puts forward some countermeasures that are helpful for CuNiSi alloy ingot production.
