摘要
目的探讨髓核内注射转化生长因子-β1(transform ing growth factor β-1,TGFβ-1)对预防椎间失稳后软骨终板退行性变的作用。方法选用6月龄日本大耳白兔36只,随机分为对照组和预防组,每组18只。所有实验动物均制作为腰5-6、腰6-7椎间失稳模型。对照组不予任何处理。预防组在完成椎间失稳手术后立即于同一切口通过侧后方入路显露腰5~6、腰6-7椎间盘,并行髓核内注射TGFβ-1。于术后3、6个月各取8只进行HE染色及Mankin评分。结果术后3、6个月预防组较对照组软骨终板退行性变明显减缓(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论髓核内注射TGFβ-1对椎间失稳后软骨终板退行性变具有明显的预防作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of intra-nucleus gelatinosus injection of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)in preventing degeneration of the cartilage end plate.Methods 36 oryctolagus cuniculus were chosen and divided into control group and prevention group(18 in each).Both groups were rendered as L5-6 and L6-7destabilization models,but the control group did not receive any treatment after destabilization operation.The prevention group received intra-nucleus gelatinosus injection of TGF-β1 on L5-6 and L6-7 by lateral pone in the same incision immediately after intervertebral destabilization operation.Three and six months after the operation,8 oryctolagus cuniculus chosen from each group underwent HE staining and were evaluated by Mankin score.Results The degeneration of the cartilage end plate in prevention group was slower than that in control group(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Intra-nucleus gelatinosus injection of TGF-β1 can significantly prevent degeneration of the cartilage endplate after intervertebral destabilization.
