摘要
通过对1999—2009年四川省21个市域和181个县域的GDP、人均GDP以及人口数据的整理分析,研究了西部大开发以来四川省内区域经济差异时空变化的趋势和特点。主要基于标准差及Theil系数的度量方法,从绝对差异和相对差异两个方面,分析四川省区域经济差异变化特征并探讨其原因,旨在为区域协调提供一定的基础。结果表明:西部大开发以来,四川省的区域经济的绝对差异迅速扩大,呈直线型的变化趋势;县域人均GDP分布显示四川省的经济实力集中在少数地区,人均GDP小于全国平均水平的区县约占70%,而经济收入最高的地方主要集中在成都平原一带,其他一些以攀枝花为首的地区则借助地区资源及特色优势产业,经济发展水平也处在全省前列;区域经济的相对差异无论从市域还是县域来看,其变化趋势都呈倒"U"型曲线,与威廉姆逊的倒"U"型曲线理论相吻合;根据锡尔系数的一阶分解,经济区间和经济区内的差异对整体差异的影响相当;从锡尔系数的二阶分解来看,市内经济差异对整体差异的贡献率略高于经济区内及区间的差异,因此在重视各地市发展差异的同时,更应重视各县之间的发展差异。
Through the analysis of the data which include the GDP,per capita GDP and population of 21 cities,181 counties in Sichuan province from 1999 to 2009,this paper has studied the spatial and temporal variation characteristics and trends of the reginoal economic disparities in Sichuan province in past 10 years of China＇s western development.Based on the standard deviation and Theil coefficient methods,from two aspects of the absolute and relative difference,this paper analyze the characteristics of regional economic differences in sichuan,and discusses the reasons for regional coordination provides a foundation.Results show that since the western development of regional economy in sichuan,an absolute difference of rapid expansion,the change trend of linear;Sichuan per capita GDP distribution of counties shows the economic strength in minority areas,the counties which per capita GDP is less than the provice average account for about 70%,and area of the highest income mainly concentrated in chengdu plain region,and some other region in panzhihua led by local resources and the special advantage industries,economic development level is also the forefront;the relative disparity of regional economy from the county or district,the change tendency has a fall ＂U＂ type curve,and Williamson＇s fall ＂U＂ type curve theory coincided;according to the first-order decomposition of Theil index,the among economic interval and zone have a similar influence on the overall;according to the second-order decomposition of Theil index,the in the city has a highest countribution rate on the overall,therefore we should take more value on the disparities among the counties.
