摘要
激励与激励机制在企业的经营管理中的起重要的作用,而激励机制在企业管理的实际运用中却存在重激励轻惩罚、激励手段单一等问题。建立完善的激励机制体系,正确地加以运用,使之公平、公开化,并与物质、精神等多种机制手段相结合,内部挖潜,激励员工的主观能动性,一定能收到良好的效果。
Motivation and motivate mechanism play an important role in the enterprise operation and management.However,there are some problems in motivate mechanism in the practical application of the enterprise management,such as focus on motivation but do not pay attention to punishment,motivations for single,etc.It will certainly be able to receive good effect that establishing a sound motivate mechanism system,taking a correct use of them,make it fairing and opening,and combining it with a variety means of mechanisms like material,spirit,developing potential in house,motivating the initiative of staff.
