摘要
苜蓿草在压缩过程中出料口尺寸高度变化对压缩功耗、压缩密度以及草捆质量等均有很大影响。为了得出苜蓿草在压缩过程中压缩力变化规律,采用LABview测试技术,在相同喂入量下,选择出料口尺寸高度为试验因素,对苜蓿草压缩力进行测试研究,获得了出料口尺寸高度对苜蓿草压缩力的影响规律,并给出了压缩力的线性关系曲线。结果表明,出料口尺寸高度变化对压缩力影响显著,并呈指数关系。
The sizes of discharge port of baler have great effect to the energy for compression process, compression density and the quality of alfalfa products. In order to find out the compression force situations, they were measured by using LABview electric measurement technology under different sizes of discharge port with 4kg/time. The rules were found out, which influence on compression force. At the same time, the alfalfa was relatively easy to curve under axial compression force. The results show that above factors are essential in the design and application of compression equipments.
