摘要
对二段转化炉已经运行了6 a的催化剂Z204/Z205进行评估分析,与上一炉使用的ICI54-4催化剂及其他厂催化剂的使用运行情况进行对比,到2011年大修时二段转化炉催化剂Z204/Z205使用将超过7a,在使用周期上已经达到较高水平,根据目前催化剂工况,其活性已接近末期,建议更换催化剂。
The catalyst Z204/Z205 operated for 6 years in secondary reformer is under an assessment and analysis and undergone an operational comparison with the catalyst ICI54-4 used in previous reformer and other catalysts. By the time when the overhaul commencement in the year 2011 the operation of the catalyst Z204/Z205 in secondary reformer has been operated over 7 years reaching a higher level so far as the service cycle is concerned. Based on the present status of the catalyst its activity is close to the end and it is proposed to have the catalyst replaced.
