摘要
针对水煤浆净化装置NHD脱碳溶液发黑的现象,分析NHD脱碳溶液发黑的原因是脱硫气中H2S含量偏高及NHD溶液吸收大量酸性气体(主要是CO2)后对脱碳单元的碳钢设备和填料造成腐蚀。提出脱碳塔装填不锈钢填料,同时利用原有脱硫活性炭过滤器作为旁滤器。
Aiming at the phenomenon of NHD decarbonization solution darkening in coal-slurry purification unit,the analysis indicates the causes for this darkening is that H2S content in de-S gas is the on the high side and the C.S-made equipment and packing in decarbonization unit are corroded once a great amount of acidic gas （chiefly CO2） is absorbed in NHD solution. It is proposed that S.S-made. packing being filled into decarbonization tower and the existing filter of de-S activated carbon taken as a side filter.
