摘要
随着学校体育竞赛的广泛开展,体育竞赛伤害事故时有发生,但由于我国尚未出台相应的法规和制度作为此类侵权案件的法律依据,造成对现实案件的处理存在一定的争议。通过分析学校体育竞赛的侵权行为及其法律特征,并提出侵权责任的赔偿方式,以促进学校体育竞赛的健康发展,保障体育竞赛中学校和学生的利益。
With the extensive development of school sports competitions,injury accidents have occurred occasionally.But in China appropriate rules and regulations have not been promulgated as the legal basis for such infringement,resulting in some disputes in handling the cases.After analyses about the infringement in school sports competition,ways for compensation are put forward to promote healthy development and to protect interests of both school and student.
