摘要 旋耕与碎茬是我国目前最常见的两种土壤作业方式,旋耕、碎茬刀片的品质直接关系到整机的性能和作业质量。为此,利用Inventor强大的三维造型及其对零件的有限元分析功能,对旋耕-碎茬通用刀片进行三维造型,并对模型进行有限元分析。分析结果表明:通用刀片的强度和刚度均满足设计要求;刀片的应力与应变最大值出现在刀片弯折处;变形位移最大值点位于刀尖。有限元分析结果为旋耕-碎茬通用刀片的优化设计提供了可靠依据,为今后提高设计质量和精度提供了借鉴。 Rototilling and stubble breaking are two kinds of most common soil tillage operation.The quality of the sototilling and stubble breaking universal blade relates to the work quality and system performance.The 3D model of the universal blade for rototilling and stubble breaking was drawn and analyzed by the powerful function of 3D graphics and finite element analysis of Inventor.The result of analysis shows that: the strength and stiffness of the rototilling and stubble breaking universal blade all meet the requirement of design;the maximum value point of stress-stain is on the bend of the blade;the maximum value of displacement is at the blade point.This result provides reliable evidence for the optimized design of the rototilling and stubble breaking universal blade and improve the quality and precision.
