摘要
随着高校体制改革的深化落实,各大高校已全面推行以学院为实体的校院两级管理模式。校友工作是新时期高等院校越来越重视的一项工作,是一个巨大的系统工程,需要全校各二级学院的动员、参与和配合。文章本论述了建立学院校友工作管理体制的必要性和重要性,介绍集美大学开展学院校友工作的具体措施,结合工作经历和体会,提出健全学院校友工作体制,推动校友工作开展的几点思考。
With the deepening of the implementation of university system reform,universities have been pushing the new two levels of administrative models.Nowadays,universities pay increasing attention on Alumni-related work,which is an enormous project,and calls for the participation and collaboration of sub-colleges.The paper discusses the necessity and importance of building administrative system of alumni-related work,introduces the concrete steps that Jimei University take in dealing with alumnirelated work in sub-colleges.Based on practical experience,the author ventures to propose some suggestions with the purpose of perfecting the college alumni-related work system and advancing that of the whole school.
