摘要
本研究对硅酸盐瓶罐表面采用钾盐进行化学处理,探讨了盐的种类、比例、浓度、喷涂时间、热处理温度及时间等工艺操作因素的影响;分析了瓶罐生产线热端喷涂增强处理后的结果。认为采用KCl:KNO_3为3∶1的喷涂液以及K_2HPO_4喷涂液对瓶罐的增强效果较好,啤酒瓶耐内压强度得到显著提高。
In this paper,a chemical treatment with potassium salts was used on the surface of the silicate container glasses.The effects of technological factors, such as sorts of salt,proportion,concentration,spray time,temperature and time ef heat treatment,were discussed.The result after hot and spray treatment in production line of container glass was analysed.It was found that a mixed spray solution(KCl:KNO_3=3:1)and a K_2HPO_4 spray so- lution have good tempering effects for container glass,and internal pressure resistence of the beer bottle was remarkably increased.
