浅谈通信企业80后青年员工思想政治工作

摘要 人力资源是企业的重要资源,文章以通信企业80后员工作为研究对象,从加强企业人文关怀、政治思想引导、文化建设、重视沟通和双重激励等方面,研究如何发挥和调动员工的能动性,增强员工队伍的稳定性,提高企业的凝聚力和向心力。
