摘要
生活中处处是标准,我们可以试想生活中没有标准的样子——即便是一颗小小的螺丝钉也可能无法找到合适的。经验告诉我们一个行业的发展总是经历一个由无序竞争到规范的发展过程,Web页面设计也同样经历了这样一个过程。文章详细叙述了Web标准产生的原因,及Web标准的组成与实现方法。
Standards are everywhere in life.It＇s hard for us to imagine what the world would be like if there are no standards-even we want to get a tiny screw,we may not find a suitable one.Experience tells us that the development of an industry is always going through from a disordered competition to a normative process.Web page design is no exception.The paper states in detail the cause and the composition of Web standards as well as the methods of implementation.
