摘要
根据Q235钢在大气酸条件下不同时间段的腐蚀,通过处理普通数码相机采集的图像,研究了腐蚀发展程度与腐蚀图像颜色特征的相关关系.重点讨论了灰度直方图峰宽、峰高与试样锈蚀率的回归关系.研究结果表明,除锈前后试样灰度直方图的峰宽与锈蚀率具有良好的线性关系,除锈前后峰宽比峰高与锈蚀率具有更好的相关性.
According to the different interval corrosion of Q235 steel in atmospheric acid conditions,the images were acquired by a common digital camera,and through im age processing,the correlation relationship between the developping level and t he color features of corrosion,was studyed.The histogram peak width and peak h eight had a regression relationship with the corrosion rate.The results show th e histogram's peak width of the rust samples before and after has good correlat ion with corrosion rate,and the width has better correlation than the height.
