摘要
为了研究蟾酥注射液的抗病毒以及抗病毒引发肿瘤的作用,采用鸡马立克氏病动物模型来评价蟾酥注射液对马立克氏病的预防效果。蟾酥注射液能减轻马立克氏病的临床症状和病理变化,降低致病率和死亡率,延长生存率,提高保护率和增重率。应用Kaplan-Meiermethod方法估计蟾酥注射液试验组的平均生存时间为(47.43±4.16)天,病毒对照组的平均生存时间为(28.50±3.66)天;应用Fisher’sexact检验分析组间生存率,蟾酥注射液试验组与病毒对照组差异显著(P<0.05);应用时序检验thelog-ranktest法分析组间增重率,蟾酥注射液试验组与病毒对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。研究结果显示,蟾酥注射液能提高机体的免疫力,具有抗病毒和抗肿瘤的功能,对马立克氏病有较好的预防作用。
To study the antiviral action of Venenum Bufonis injection and the effects of anti-tumor which virus caused, the test using animal models to evaluate the preventive effect of Venenum Bufonis injection. Venenum Bufonis injection can reduce the clinical signs and pathological changes of Marek＇s disease, reduce morbidity and mortality, prolong survival rate and improve the protection rate and growth rate. The research with the method of Kaplan-Meier estimated the average survival time of Venenum Bufonis injection experimental group was （47.43 ± 4.16） days and the average survival time of control group was （28.50±3.66） days. The research with the inspection of Fisher’s exact analyzed survival rate between the groups and the difference between Venenum Bufonis injection experimental group and control group was obvious （P 0.05）. The research with the method of the log-rank test analyzed growth rate between the groups and the difference between Venenum Bufonis injection experimental group and control group was obvious （P 0.01）. The results showed that Venenum Bufonis injection can improve the body＇s immunity, has the anti-virus and anti-tumor function and good preventive effect on Marek＇s Disease.
