摘要
针对高温气冷堆核电站示范工程(HTR-PM)蒸汽发生器实验模型的一回路流量分配进行了数值模拟研究。用Gambit前处理软件建立了数值计算模型并进行网格化处理,通过Fluent流体力学计算软件对没有遮流板和添加不同角度遮流板情况下换热组件出口流量分配均匀性进行模拟分析,结果表明垂直角度的遮流板能够最优地改善流量分配均匀性。同时根据腔体内流速分布,可知由于遮流板的缓冲作用,能够有效缓冲气流对蒸汽发生器内传热管的冲击。计算结果证实了蒸汽发生器内部结构的改进能够改善一回路流量分配均匀性,为-PM蒸汽发生器的设计提供了指导。
Numerical simulation was conducted to investigate the primary loop flow distribution in the steam generator of the high temperature gas-cooled reactor pebble-bed module (HTR-PM). Gambit software was used to generate the numerical model and the grid. CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the flow distribution in the steam generator in the case without baffle plate and the cases with different angle baffle plates. The results show that vertical baffle plate can best improve the uniformity of the flow distribution. According to the velocity distribution in the entrance region, the baffle plate can effectively minimize the impact of the flow to the heat transfer tubes. The numerical results confirmed that the baffle plate can improve the primary loop flow distribution, which can help the HTR-PM steam generator design.
