摘要
利用微型计算机接口技术和光电转换技术实现对待测电光源的光谱及光参数的自动检测. 待测光源通过积分球内表面均匀漫反射到球窗射出, 由单色仪接收, 利用微机接口技术, 由微机控制步进电机带动单色仪, 在可见光(380~780 nm ) 范围内逐点扫描. 通过A/D采集, 可得到对应于各波长位置的相对光强度分布值,并通过比较法由微机算出待测灯相对光谱能量分布,根据色度学公式可计算出其光通量、光效、色坐标和相关色温.
A practical interface technology,which was used for automatically testing for optical paramenters of electric light sources,was introduced.By using microcomputer interfaceing technique and optical-electrical conversion technique,light of light source inside of integral spheroid,came out the window of the integral spheroid,was received by monochromatic instrument,and the monochromatic instrument could scan the visible light of the source between 380nm and 780nm, then the spectrum distribution could be obtainned by A/D conversion.In this way all optical paramenters of electric light sources could also be obtainned.
