Barrett食管及反流性食管炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-2水平及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨Barrett食管及反流性食管炎患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)检测的意义。方法采用ELISA法测定50例Barrett食管患者、30例反流性食管炎患者及30例健康对照者血清TNF-α、IL-2水平,进行比较。结果 Barrett食管组和反流性食管炎组,血清TNF-α含量较正常对照组升高;而IL-2含量较正常对照组低下,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Barrett食管及反流性食管炎患者TNF-α、IL-2检测的意义不大。
