摘要
对20.8 tex×2纯羊绒赛络纱线与55/45丝/绒混纺环锭纱线的主要性能进行了测试与研究,获得2种纱线的强力、条干均匀度、耐磨性、捻度、毛羽等性能指标数据,并对数据作了科学分析。研究了产生性能差异的原因,对纱线生产提出指导性建议。结果表明:55/45丝/绒混纺环锭纱除毛羽指标略差于纯羊绒赛络纱外,其他所测性能均占优势。可赋予这2种纱线适合和恰当的用途,指出了2种纱线均为当前纺织市场非常受欢迎的高档针织面料的主要用纱。
The thesis studies on the main properties of 20.8 tex×2 pure cashmere siro-spun yarns and 55/45 silk/cashmere ring-spun yarns,such as strength,yarn evenness,abrasion resistance,twist,hairiness.It makes scientific analysis for data,and makes an investigation on master the performance of the two yarns,expects to provide a reference for consumers and manufacturers.Results show that the hairiness index of 55/45 silk/ cashmere blended ring-spun yarns is slightly less than that of cashmere siro-spun yarns,other performance are competitive.Can give the two yarn suits and proper purposes.The yarns have became more popular in high-grade yarns knitted fabric,so they are also very popular in the textile market.
