摘要
目的:建立圆果化香树中没食子酸的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:Waters C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%磷酸(3∶97),检测波长270 nm。结果:没食子酸进样量在0.096~0.48μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD 1.79%。结论:方法准确、简便、易行,可用于圆果化香树中没食子酸的含量测定树皮中含量较高。
Objective:To establish the methods of gallic acid in Platycarya longipes by HPLC.Method: The determination was carried out on a Waters C18 column(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm)with the mobile phase of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid(3∶97).The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.096-0.48 μg(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 97.8%,RSD 1.79%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,simple,easy,and suitable for determination of gallic acid in P.longipes.
