摘要
各种自然灾害的频繁发生,严重威胁着档案馆及馆藏档案的安全。防范胜于救灾,做好预防工作是档案馆有效应对自然灾害的首要任务,档案馆需要加强培训教育工作,增强危机意识与危机管理能力,建立健全应急预案,加强应急演练工作,未雨绸缪,做好各种防范准备,防患未然,加强日常监测与维护工作。
That the frequent occurrences of various natural disasters are seriously threatening the security of archives and collection files.It is universal truth that prevention work is better than relief work,so do good preparations of archives are the primary task to deal with natural disasters effectively.The archives are not only need to strengthen the training and educational work,to improve the crisis consciousness and the operating capability,but also need to establish the perfect emergency preplans and to strengthen the emergency drilling work.Furthermore,the archives should also take precautions and complete various defensive preparations,take preventive measures and strengthen routine monitoring and maintenance work before natural disasters.
