摘要
围绕某国营造纸厂在制造绘图纸过程中出现的“成卷工艺”过关和“切断工艺”过关的两个实际问题为中心,用制造系统工程理论分析、比较了不同目标下的不同方案,叙述了在生产决策中目标的重要性和与此相应的方案所起的重要作用.通过工序和经济性分析,提出了厂方满意的决策方案。
This paper focused on the problems of rolling and cutting process in paper making industry. Using the theory of manufacturing system engineering, the authors compare different plans under different objectives, discuss the importance of objectives and plans in decision making, put forward a proper method to solve the problems, present the theory of manufacture system engineering with many examples.
