间叶干细胞及其肿瘤转化与上皮分化 被引量:2

摘要 成体间叶干细胞(mesenchgmal stem cells,MSCs)存在于所有器官和组织中。MSCs活体移植于特定器官损伤的小鼠,或经适宜条件体外培养,可向特定上皮细胞分化。MSCs经长期培养,由于基因组不稳定性。
