摘要
该文首次利用凝胶网格法制备了CdS超细颗粒,测定了样品的等电点及TEM、粒度分布、XRD等性能表征并对结果进行了讨论。证明此法简便、易控、具有很强的实用性。
CdS ultrafine particles were made by Gel-Net method and their zero point, TEM, size distribution and XRD under different conditions were measured and analyzed. Results show that this method is feasible and of practical use.
