摘要
采用室内盆栽实验,利用柴油设置0(CK)、2(L1)、10(L2)和50g.kg-1(L3)模拟PAHs浓度梯度,定量研究了1年生马褂木Liriodendron chinense土壤过氧化氢酶、磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶活性对不同浓度多环芳烃(PAHs)污染的响应特征。结果表明:马褂木盆栽土壤中过氧化氢酶和磷酸酶活性均表现为污染处理(L1、L2、L3)高于对照(CK),多酚氧化酶活性随着PAHs浓度的增加表现为L2>L1>CK>L3;各处理土壤过氧化氢酶活性随时间的推移呈双峰曲线,1月和7月出现峰值;磷酸酶活性随时间呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势,但是污染处理比对照提前进入转折期;多酚氧化酶活性中、低浓度处理(L1、L2)随时间呈单峰曲线,峰值出现在4月份,对照(CK)和高浓度处理(L3)峰值则出现在7月份;马褂木盆栽土壤PAHs的去除率与5cm土壤温度呈极显著正相关(p<0.01),磷酸酶与过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶活性呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) are ubiquitous environmental pollutants of public concern and are derived mainly from anthropogenic activities.By pot experiment in greenhouse,soil enzymatic activities including catalase,phosphatase and polyphenol oxidase were quantitatively analyzed for one-year old Liriodendron chinense treated without diesel oil addition(control) and at three diesel concentrations [2(L1),10(L2) and 50 g·kg-1(L3)] to stimulate different levels of PAHs pollution.The results show that catalase and phosphatase activities in polluted soils of Liriodendron chinense were stronger than those in control soils,and polyphenol oxidase activitiy was L2L1CKL3.Catalase activities of Liriodendron chinense took on a double peak curve as time passed,and the peak value occurred in January and July.Phosphatase activities in control soils of Liriodendron chinense descended from October,2006 to April,2007,ascended from April to July,and then descended;and those in polluted soils also appeared decrease at first,then increased and decreased at last,and January and April were the turning points.Polyphenol oxidase activitiies in L1 and L2 took on a single peak curve as time went on,and the peak value occurred in April,and that in CK and L3 occurred in July.There were significant correlations between soil PAHs removal ratio and 5 cm soil temperature,and phosphatase activitiy was significantly correlated with catalase and polyphenol oxidase activitiy.
